it sounds like you put the drums through an arp machine... also the song is too muddy. you need some serious eqing and compression. you also need to use sounds that aren't on the same frequencies...
where is the breakdown... the bassline... the drums... the arps... the song does not build up and it does not break down... its pretty much a really long song starting at the breakdown but never lifting up...
